What you can Expect...

We will make contact and our RN and/or Care Coordinator will come out for a visit within 72 hours of Initial contact.

During this initial visit OUR STAFF LAYS EYES ON THE CLIENT. The client’s needs are assessed and a Plan of Care will be created with the client, the client's responsible party and the RN. An overview of the Service Agreement and Policies & Procedures would be discussed and signed at this time.

Our Client Services Manager reviews the clients needs and carefully places our most suitably matched Integrity-driven,
compassionate caregiver available to the case.
6.
The suitably matched staff member will report to the designated location wearing their photo ID badge, at the designated time and location for services, as agreed upon within Service Agreement; equipped and ready to render services.

*Client services will be carried out according to what is agreed-upon in the Service Agreement. Care plans can be adjusted as needed and approved by RN Supervisor. The client will be reassessed by our RN every 90 days(more frequent if needed). Policies & Procedures and payment options will be discussed and established prior to the first day of services.
